2. A. Should you violate this agreement by filing such a lawsuit, you agree to pay the web site owner the sum of one million Australian dollars ($1,000,000) as liquidated damages.   Furthermore, as permitted by law, you agree to pay all lawyer's, solicitor's and barrister's fees, court costs, and other expenses associated with this litigation, and to indemnify and save harmless the web site owner from any damage award made against him in such an action. You agree that all disputes concerning these Terms of Use or the content of Zodiac Light are to be resolved in the courts of Melbourne, Australia, under the laws of the state of Victoria.

B. You agree that efforts to acquire or use original Zodiac Light content in contravention or circumvention of these Terms of Use constitute a violation of the web site owner's copyright and you understand and agree that (1) by virtue of this agreement you are prevented from arguing otherwise: and (2) such violations may lead to civil or criminal penalties.

C. If you are a corporation, you agree to provide, upon the filing of any lawsuit or the delivery of any letter threatening legal action, a bond in the amount of one million Australian dollars ($1,000,000) as security against the liquidated damages provided for in paragraph 5.A. above. If you are an attorney, barrister, solicitor, law firm or other agent representing a party filing such a lawsuit, or causing such a letter to be sent, you agree to provide a bond in the same amount as security against the liquidated damages provided for in paragraph 5.A. above unless you have never accessed, viewed, read, or otherwise made use of the Zodiac Light web site content in any form.

D. You agree never to make a complaint or report to the web site owner's employer or to his employer's customers concerning the content of this web site.  You furthermore agree that you shall not cause others to make a complaint or report to the web site owner's employer or his employer's customers concerning the content of this web site.

E. Should you violate this agreement by making a complaint, or a report to the web site owner's employer, or to his employer's customers, or cause others to make such a complaint or report, concerning the content of this web site you agree to pay the web site owner one million Australian dollars ($1,000,000) as liquidated damages. 

F. If you are an attorney, barrister, solicitor, law firm or other agent representing a party making a complaint or report or causing such a complaint or report to be made to the web site owner's employer you agree to provide a bond in the same amount ($1,000,000) as security against the liquidated damages provided for in paragraph 5.E. above unless you have never accessed, viewed, read, or otherwise made use of the Zodiac Light web site content in any form.

6. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must exit this web site immediately, destroy all copies of the Zodiac Light web site content remaining in any form on your computer, any other computer or network device under your control, in print form, or on any information storage or retrieval device that you possess or control. 

7. When you have agreed to the Terms of Use then in the event that you no longer agree to be bound by these Terms of Use you must submit the following signed affidavit, witnessed by a public notary, and deliver it to the web site owner within 14 days.  You also agree that you will deliver, within 14 days, a scanned electronic (JPEG) image of the completed and signed affidavit, witnessed by a public notary, via email to the email address displayed on the home page of this web site.

I hereby certify under penalty of perjury that I possess no copies of the Zodiac Light web site content in any form whatsoever; that neither I nor any employee or associate will access the web site in the future in any form whatsoever.  Furthermore, I will immediately destroy any copies of this web site content that happen to come into my possession. I understand that action contrary to these statements constitutes both perjury and a violation of this web site's Terms of Use, subjecting me to possible civil and criminal liability.
