Eta Carina Image As Published in
Australian Sky and Telescope Magazine
"Australia's Premier Astronomy and Telescope Magazine"
The Eta Carina Nebula is the Southern Hemisphere's largest and brightest
nebula. I took this image of it with a Canon 350D camera at prime-focus in an LXD-75
Schmidt Newtonian 8 inch telescope. It is a stack of 44 x 30 second exposures ISO
1600 with in-camera Noise Reduction On. Aligned manually in MaxDSLR and processed in
ImageReady.
